Savannah Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program in Savannah, TN. You will deliver rehabilitative care under Occupational Therapist supervision and support geriatric patients on a flexible schedule.

We welcome candidates with all levels of OTA experience and require an active state license where applicable. Our team emphasizes CAPLICO values and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Open to candidates with all levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under OTA supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT to adjust treatments.
