Job summary

Greene Point Health & Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team in Georgia. You will provide targeted rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Georgia OTA license, with 2+ years in SNF rehab preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• GA license as Occupational Therapy Assistant required/active.
• 2+ years of SNF rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and embracing new ideas.
• Supports activities as introduced by skilled nursing facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Demonstrates superior client service with courtesy and follow-up.
• Maintains current knowledge through continuing education and professional journals.
• Collaborates with supervising Therapist, Rehabilitation Director, and other disciplines for efficient clinical case management.
• Maintains accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payor requirements.
• Upholds organizational values and contributes to system leadership and project teams.
