Synergy Care is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist in Slaughter, LA to join an independent and assisted living facility. You will evaluate patients, create treatment and discharge plans, and supervise therapy staff while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NBCOT certification, licensure eligibility, and a collaborative team approach within Synergy Management Solutions guidelines.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant, or will graduate within 6 months.
• Must hold NBCOT certification and a valid state license or be eligible for licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy and related services to patients, caregivers and facilities.
• Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment and discharge plans.
• Supervise assistants and aides and participate in case management.

Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist for an open position at an Independent and assisted living facility in Slaughter, LA.. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

Job responsibilities:

Provides occupational therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and with Synergy Management Solutions guidelines. Provides quality OT including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides & participates in case management. Represents Synergy Management Solutionsâ commitment to quality & service in all interactions with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding occupational therapy.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist AssistantÂor will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapist AssistantÂ(NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant.
