Synergy Care is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist in Lake Charles, LA for an Assisted Living OP float position. You will provide quality patient care and be a team player within our care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, NBCOT certification, and a current or eligible state OT license. We offer PTO, free CEUs, medical/dental/vision, sick leave, and a 401k with a 3% match.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
