Adept Nursing & Rehab of Central City is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to help residents improve daily living activities.

Qualifications

• OT license in the state of employment is required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and ADLs.
• Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications for independence and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning.
