Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year Occupational Therapist experience required.
• Bachelor's of Occupational Therapy or Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of valid state license as Occupational Therapist in Kansas.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support), required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough assessment of patient condition, function, home environment, and needs.
• Provides care per physician orders, hospital policies, and CPT guidelines.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and adjusts plans accordingly.
• Documents assessments, treatments, and responses per hospital policy.
• Completes discharge planning with the care team and family involvement.
• Collaborates with other providers to meet patient care needs.
