Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team at Burlington Healthcare Center. You will evaluate residents' occupational needs and develop individualized treatment plans under physician orders.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, supervising COTAs, leading interdisciplinary meetings, and educating families. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work across multiple locations within the CommuniCare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid or pending State OT license.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations of residents' occupational needs and develop treatment plans per physician orders.
• Implement treatment plans through direct therapy and staff education.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend/lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings and advise families.
