Job summary

Falling Water Healthcare Center in Strongsville, OH seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise COTAs. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver quality care.

You will participate in meetings and contribute to family education and care planning, with opportunities to work across multiple locations ensuring comprehensive coverage for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’/residents’ occupational needs under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct care and educate other staff involved in care.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend/lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations.
• Serve residents across multiple locations to meet diverse needs.
