ATC Dallas Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Dallas, TX seeks a Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team and serve a diverse caseload, including students under local school contracts.

This ongoing part-time role offers flexible scheduling with roughly two days per week, five hours per day, starting at about 9–10 hours weekly, and a competitive pay of $55 per hour. Administrative and scheduling support are provided to help you manage the caseload and grow with the clinic.

Qualifications

• Texas license as Occupational Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of students and others.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers and parents to ensure carryover of strategies across environments.

Requirements

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and varying behavioral and sensory needs. Candidates should be comfortable implementing individualized treatment strategies, supporting emotional and sensory regulation, and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet each client's needs.

The position also includes collaboration and consultation with teachers, classroom staff, caregivers, and parents as needed to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies across environments.

Strong communication, clinical documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills are essential.

Immediate availability preferred. PRN and part-time arrangements considered, with opportunities for additional hours and caseload growth.
