Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates/assesses and treats patients with a variety of physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities.
• Communicates effectively with patient, family members, and team members as needed.
• Performs documentation and patient/family education.
• Supervises COTA/L, volunteer, or student per OT regulations.
• Other duties as required.
