Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular resident screening to determine best OT interventions.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate findings to residents, families, and the care team.
• Establish individual therapy schedules with team collaboration.
• Deliver OT services per plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Perform other duties as required to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documented care and compliant reimbursement practices.
