Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Current license or licensure eligible in New Hampshire.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients referred to Occupational Therapy and plans care.
• Delivers OT treatment and supervises COTA staff.
• Prepares and submits evaluation, discharge and progress reports.
• Maintains patient treatment schedule and communicates with care team.
• Assists in department inventory, safety and equipment upkeep.
• Keeps abreast of new OT techniques and engages in professional activities.
• Participates in planning new OT programs and community talks.
