Qualifications

• Must hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or be license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; able to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients and families on daily activities and adaptations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.
