HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate rehabilitation team in Kingstree, SC. You will provide personalized care in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting, helping residents reach goals and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
