Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services in a home-health setting in Casper, Wyoming. This part-time salaried role offers 24 hours per week over four days and includes the 60% paid days off program.

The OT will help clients regain daily living skills and motor function, educate families, and work under the Branch Director's supervision, with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living skills and basic motor functions.
• Administer skilled OT care and teach family and health care team members.
• Work under direction of Branch Director to follow physician orders and care plans.
