We are excited to offer a sign‑on bonus for therapists who will be, or are already Early Intervention credentialed and prepared to begin accepting EI clients by July 15 2026. Part‑Time Team Members (17+ hours): $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

Compensation

Base Compensation Range: $50 – $72 per hour

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Early Intervention credential or willingness to complete onboarding process
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients
  • Deliver services across clinic, home, daycare, school, and community settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
  • Complete timely and compliant documentation within EMR systems
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and efficient schedule
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Skills
  • Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills
  • Sensory integration and sensory processing intervention experience
  • Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development
  • Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self‑care
  • Executive functioning and self‑regulation intervention strategies
  • Early Intervention (EI) service delivery and family coaching experience
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and schedule organization skills
  • Accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong caregiver education and relationship‑building skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
