• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; can develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients and families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocate for patients and connect them with community resources and accommodations.
