HealthPro Heritage in Raleigh is seeking a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT will assess physical, cognitive, and emotional needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid state OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and ability to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet goals.
• Educate patients and families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress.
