Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• 1-3 years of job related experience preferred.
• Basic LifeSupport (CPR).
• IL licensure as an Occupational Therapist must be active.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and plans/implements an effective Occupational Therapy program.
• Provides patient education, consultation and discharge planning.
• Supervises and delegates patient care to COTAs, Rehab Technicians and OT students.
• Contributes to growth of OT Services by assisting with new programs and outcomes/research activities.
• Acts as an operational and clinical resource for staff in areas of expertise.
