Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville in Illinois seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT in an acute care setting. This part-time role offers 24 hours weekly across Belleville and Shiloh with a 3-day work schedule including a Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• OT Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment; considers discharge needs and required equipment.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers; refers to specialists as needed.
• Delegates tasks to assistants and students with clear competency requirements.
• Completes documentation per departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Occupational Therapy Services.
