Job summary

Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Merritt Island, FL. This is a part-time opportunity to help patients improve independence and quality of life.

The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy services, monitor progress, supervise OT Assistants, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon).
• Current or eligible Missouri OT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
