Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Lake Placid, FL. This part-time opportunity helps patients improve independence and quality of life.

You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, provide skilled OT services, supervise assistants, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliant documentation and ongoing progress notes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Current or eligible Missouri OT license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
