Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Merritt Island, FL. This part-time opportunity focuses on helping patients improve independence and quality of life through targeted therapy plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing plans, supervising assistants, and coordinating with care teams, while maintaining compliant documentation and patient progress notes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• NBCOT certification (or eligibility if graduating soon).
• Current or eligible Florida OT license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
