Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, 1:1 therapy services to older adults in their communities. You will work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, creating and adjusting treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs and improve functional outcomes in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license or eligibility in applicable state(s).
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer skills and CPR certification.
