Job summary

Axia Women's Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (OB/GYN) for part-time, on-site work in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate must hold ARDMS OB/GYN certification and have prior OB sonography experience preferred.

Hours are Wednesdays and alternating Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8–16 hours per week). The role involves ultrasound imaging, patient care, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required.
• Previous OB sonography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound imaging under physician direction.
• Schedule and prep patients, ensuring quality and safety during procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients to ensure cooperation.
• Position patients and optimize transducer settings for accurate images.
• Perform scanning procedures and document results.
• Collaborate with physicians and technical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
