Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join a growing team. Roles include part-time and full-time opportunities with a shared 1:6 call, in a setting that emphasizes advocacy and community partnership.

You will work with established physicians and CNMs, with options for clinic-based and hospital-based practice, and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women’s healthcare, encompassing obstetric and gynecological services in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage a diverse patient panel, offering preventative care, reproductive health services, and treatment for various gynecological conditions
• Perform deliveries, gynecological surgeries, and other necessary procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Cultivate long-term patient relationships through continuity of care, education, and advocacy for women’s health
