Job summary

Meals on Wheels of Southwest OH & Northern KY (MOW) is seeking a part-time Nutrition Site Assistant to support meals service at the Panorama Apartments in Covington, KY. The role involves serving meals, handling paperwork, and maintaining a clean, compliant congregate space.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with related kitchen experience or an Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new technology.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen required.
• Safe food handling certification test required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain paperwork as required.
• Prepare meal counts and supply orders from all sites.
• Communicate with participants.
• Receive and serve food at acceptable temperatures.
• Ensure the congregate space is cleaned daily.
• Maintain records of food temperatures per policy.
• Work with volunteers, community partners, and funding monitors.
