Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Part-time: complete Child Nutrition Training Classes 1–4 within three years.
• English reading, writing and speaking required; follow directions in English.
• Demonstrated ability to do simple mathematics.
• Desire and aptitude for working with children and as a team.
• Neat appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Excellent work history with attendance.
• Delaware criminal reference check.

Responsabilités

• Prepare foods under supervision (entrees, baked goods, desserts, salads, sandwiches).
• Serve meals and keep serving areas clean and stocked; ensure friendly service.
• Sanitation and dishwashing duties; operate dishmachine and maintain cleanliness.
• Cashier duties; manage student and staff accounts and record meals.
• General cleaning and safe chemical handling; assist with daily sanitation tasks.
• Assist as PIC when needed and participate in training sessions.
