Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Operates and maintains food service equipment.
• Communicates patient food needs and feedback to appropriate area.
• Processes diet orders and tallies menu items.
• Serves and picks up patient meal trays; records intake.
• Follows FIFO and HACCP principles for time and temperature.
• Cleans department surfaces, equipment, carts, walls, and floors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
