Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine food service in all areas of the nutrition department, including clerical and cleaning duties for meal prep and protocols.
• Measure portions and serve foods according to tray tickets and care plans.
• Work with the unit RD to ensure care plans are carried out and patient nutrition improves.
• Maintain unit dining room and pantry cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
