Job summary

Key responsibilities include setting research priorities, supporting nurse-led initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Magnet Recognition Program standards. The successful candidate will communicate research outcomes effectively and collaborate across departments to enhance nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Prior experience in nursing leadership and clinical research preferred.
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Magnet Recognition Program standards preferred.
• Certification in Research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set research priorities and drive organizational initiatives for nursing research.
• Plan and execute nursing research studies and quality improvement projects.
• Facilitate nurses in the dissemination of research findings.
• Act as liaison between nursing leadership and Magnet Program Director.
• Monitor trends in nursing research and ensure compliance with Magnet standards.
