Job summary

Olympic College in Bremerton, WA is seeking a part-time Lab Resource Nurse (LRN) Support to assist in providing technical and tutoring support to students in the Nursing Programs.

The LRN collaborates with the Nursing Lab Manager, Simulation Faculty, and Nurse Administrators to ensure supplies and equipment are available and prepared for skills lab and scheduled simulations and to provide theory and skills tutoring to students in all Nursing pathways as needed.

Qualifications

• ADN required with current RN license in Washington.
• Two years of full-time nursing experience.
• BLS certification current and immunizations up to date.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Support student clinical reasoning and psychomotor development in the campus lab and simulations.
• Maintain lab organization, safety, and readiness of equipment.
• Collaborate with Nursing Lab Manager and Simulation Faculty for student experiences.
• Provide individual or group tutoring on theory and dosage calculations.
