Job summary

Minnesota State’s Anoka-Ramsey nursing program is seeking a College Laboratory Assistant 2 to provide embedded tutoring in the nursing lab and simulation center. The role supports students by reinforcing theory with hands-on practice, guiding safe nursing skills, and coordinating lab activities in collaboration with faculty.

This seasonal academic-year, full-time position requires an RN license and at least one year of tutor/teaching experience, with Monday–Friday schedule and lab/coverage

Qualifications

• Post-secondary or industry certificate/diploma/degree and RN licensure in Nursing.
• One year of tutoring/teaching experience in Nursing at the high school level or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded tutoring services in nursing lab and simulation.
• Assist students and support nursing skills practice.
• Maintain nursing lab and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide feedback to nursing faculty and assist in lab operations.
