Job summary

Rasmussen University in Orlando is seeking dynamic Part-Time Nursing Adjunct instructors to teach in the Nursing program at our Orlando campus. No prior teaching experience is required as training is provided, allowing you to continue in clinical work while sharing knowledge with future nurses.

Responsibilities include teaching lecture, lab, and clinical practicum courses on campus or at partner sites; employing effective teaching strategies; and engaging students through interactive learning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• 1-year clinical RN experience required, 2+ years preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Official transcripts required for each degree earned.
• Active CPR certification required, immunization documentation needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program as assigned (on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations).
• Use effective teaching strategies and diverse methods to engage a broad student population.
• Foster high student engagement through activities, community building, and live synchronous learning tools.
