Job summary

Qualifications

• MSN from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted CA Registered Nursing license.
• At least 1 year of clinical bedside nursing experience in acute care/Med-Surg in the last 5 years or clinical teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions at clinical placement sites.
• Provide substantive, timely feedback to students on assessments.
• Maintain a positive, safe, inclusive student-centric learning environment.
• Complete required tasks on deadlines (final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, grade appeals).
• Maintain professional training and/or scholarly activities when applicable.
• Provide feedback to the course lead regarding course content.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services.
