Job summary
Ball State University is seeking an Instructor of Nursing for part-time adjunct faculty positions in the School of Nursing. Responsibilities include teaching in classroom, clinical, and simulation settings for undergraduate courses across adult health, medical-surgical, psychiatric mental health, pediatrics, critical care, and family health.
Applicants should hold a Master’s in nursing (or higher) with clinical teaching experience and be able to communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program by date of appointment.
- Clinical nursing experience in the area of teaching.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Teach in classroom, clinical, and/or simulation environments for baccalaureate courses.
- Keep abreast of nursing advances and incorporate into teaching.
- Contribute to the professional life of the School of Nursing and Ball State University.
