Job summary

Ashland Community and Technical College is seeking a part-time Nursing Clinical Instructor to support the Nursing Program in the Health Sciences department. This on-site role involves coordinating with course leaders, guiding clinical experiences, and ensuring compliance with the nursing handbook.

The instructor will provide timely feedback, maintain licensure and clinical site compliance, and participate in adjunct faculty orientation and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Kentucky.
• Minimum 2 years full-time or equivalent nursing experience within the last 5 years.
• ADN-RN program qualification per KRS 314.111(6)(a).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with course leaders and instructors to support student achievement of clinical competencies and outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with nursing handbook policies and site requirements.
• Provide feedback to students and participate in adjunct faculty orientation and meetings.
