Esse Health in Missouri is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Fenton Family Medicine office. This outpatient position emphasizes comprehensive primary care and collaborative practice with physicians.

Shaping patient care through evaluations, exams, and preventive counseling, you will coordinate with the care team and document in NextGen EHR. A MO license or eligibility is required, with 3+ years of NP/PA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or PA program completed.
• Current MO NP/PA licensure or eligibility to practice in Missouri.
• Certified NP or PA with strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform patient evaluations, exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physician partner.
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education.
• Document care accurately in NextGen EHR.
• Coordinate care with specialists and care team members.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
