Esse Health, a leading independent physician group in the St. Louis area, is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner for its Primary Care Partners office at 13303 Tesson Ferry. This outpatient role offers 24 hours per week, 3 days (Wed–Fri) from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays and no benefits eligibility. You will provide comprehensive primary care to adults, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans with a physician partner, and contribute to preventive care and

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and Missouri NP licensure.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner with eligible status.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner.
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen).
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.

Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Primary Care Partners office located at 13303 Tesson Ferry!

Opportunity

• Part-time opening - 24 hours a week
• 3 days a week, Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

Day-to-Day
