Position Summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in accordance with site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long-term care facilities.

Qualifications and Education

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice medicine issued by the state where you reside. All other necessary certifications must be current and valid.
• OR
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure as a Physician Assistant in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
