Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of new infusion centers in Overland Park, Kansas. This part-time, in-person role focuses on high-quality patient care and smooth launch operations with a clinical emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring an NP license in Kansas, at least 2 years in outpatient or infusion-based care, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment, experience in IV therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and other patient communications.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure delivery of care, order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence-based standards, and policies.
• Onboard new Medicare patients, completing establishment calls and documentation.
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance across region through chart audits and Letters of Medical Necessity.

Role Overview: Infusion Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time (approx 8 hours/week or 1 day/week) in-person role is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and support through the launch of our new centers. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and operational excellence.

Location: In person in Overland Park, KS

Clinical Responsibilities

• Ensure effective communication with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.)
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure effective delivery of care through order clarification, patient status, and plan of care communication
• Resolve clinical escalations, in accordance with policies and procedures
• Prescribe select medication in accordance with patient needs and clinical protocols, evidence based standards, and organizational policies

Quality & Compliance Responsibilities
