Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP licensure and MSN or higher.
• PA must be ARC-PA accredited program graduate with PA-C (PANCE) and state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of provider experience; geriatric care preferred.

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care.
