Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic network. You will prescribe treatments, complete documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Applicants must be a certified NP in the state and hold DEA licensure; additional state-specific certifications may be required.

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
DEA licensure in the state of the center.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.

Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

Primary center: Girard
Target weekly hours: Week 1: 14 hours, Week 2: 20 hours
Proposed scheduled:
Week 1: Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm, Week 2: Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm, Tuesday Norristown 1pm-7pm
