Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Philadelphia seeks a qualified clinician to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic setting. You will prescribe appropriate treatments as indicated by assessment, including injections if needed, and maintain thorough medical documentation.

Collaborating with the clinic team, you will help coordinate holistic patient care and referrals to other medical providers and community services.

Qualifications

• Active and clear licensure in the state of practice.
• DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling.
• Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare.
• Experience in the field of substance use disorder preferred.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Day in the Life

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Kensington
• Expected weekly hours: 30-2 hours
• Target Schedule:
• Sunday 7:00–12:00 = 5 hours
  Wednesday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM = 10.5 hours
  Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM = 8 hours
  Saturday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM = 6.5 hours

Education and Licensure Requirements
