Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinics. You will evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by assessments, and complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.

You will collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care, including referrals to other providers and community services.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
• DEA licensure in the state of the center.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice

Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Schedule & Locations

• Primary center: Girard
• Target weekly hours: Week 1: 14 hours, Week 2: 20 hours
• Proposed scheduled:
• Week 1: Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm, Week 2: Saturday Girard 7am-2pm, Sunday Chester 7am-2pm, Tuesday Norristown 1pm-7pm
  

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
• DEA licensure in the state of the center
