MedMark Treatment Centers in Chatsworth, GA is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical services in an outpatient addiction treatment setting, 6 hours per week, from 6 am to 10 am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Under supervision of the Medical Director, you will perform histories and physicals, follow‑ups, and record documentation while helping design individualized treatment plans to support long‑term recovery for patients.
