American Physiatry seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Illinois. You will work with physical therapy, focusing on pain control and functional rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities, and collaborate with physicians to manage medications and therapy plans.

You will assess patients, create individualized care plans, educate families, and monitor progress to improve quality of life. This is a full-time, in-person role with a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Competenze

• Licensed NP with Illinois certification.
• Experience working independently and managing caseload.
• Accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies.

Mansioni

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and manage conditions under a Physiatrist's supervision.
