Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks healthcare professionals to treat opioid use disorder in outpatient clinics. You will evaluate, manage, and document patient care and collaborate with staff to provide holistic services and referrals to community resources.

Active state licensure and DEA registration are required, with Medicaid/Medicare credentialing and state-specific requirements. Prior substance abuse experience is preferred, and additional certifications may be needed depending on the state

Qualificações

• Active and clear licensure in the state where patient care will be provided.
• DEA registration with appropriate scheduling.
• Credentialing with Medicaid and Medicare systems.
• Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred.
• State-specific additional education or certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers and community services.

Formação académica

Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided

DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling

Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare

Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred

Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
