Trusted Doctors in Washington, DC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care for children in a collaborative team. Part-time role with Fridays 9am-2pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

The PNP will perform exams, immunizations, diagnose pediatric conditions, educate families, and maintain records. Requires MSN/DNP in Pediatrics and CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience; active RN/APRN license. Clinic offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatrics.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with pediatric experience.
• Active state RN and APRN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine wellness exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Educate families on child development, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families.
• Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our team. The PNP will provide primary and preventive healthcare services to pediatric patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and their families.

This is a Part Time position with the expectation to work Friday's 9am-2pm and Saturday's 9am-1pm.
