Job summary

Integrated Wound Care in Massachusetts seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our focused wound care team on a part-time basis. You will perform wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to reducing hospitalizations through evidence-based care.

You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, document accurately in EMR, educate patients and families, and monitor progress to optimize outcomes. Active MA NP license and at least 1 year wound care experience required.

Requirements
